Takeda Hamono was founded over 80 years ago and moved to Niimi City in Okayama Prefecture, Japan in 1951. Shosui Takeda is part of the third generation of the family and is the current representative of the company. Its blades are hand forged and use super blue carbon steel, which keeps the wire for a long time and is easy to sharpen.
His knives are recognized for their great quality and have been disputed by customers around the world.
